To better serve you and out of fairness to all clients, Cyber-FX Design has created the following policies.
Quotes
All quotes are valid for 30 days. After 30 days, please call or e-mail us to reconfirm pricing. Our web design packages/quotes are based on the number of pages you tell us you will need. If after writing your text, you find that you need additional pages you will be charged for these. Each additional page is $100. If it is more cost efficient to upgrade your web design package to the next level we will automatically do that for you.
Client Order of Service
Cyber-FX requires full site content (text for each page, required form fields, logo, graphics, etc.) from the client BEFORE we will begin work on your site. If multiple clients are being serviced, the client who provides their full site content first will be serviced first. If you are in a hurry, the best way to ensure that your site is done quickly is to get us your materials immediately!
Time Considerations
We must work together to complete your website's design in a timely manner. Although you have hired us to provide a service our time is valuable as well. Please be considerate and respond to our e-mails and phone calls within 1-2 business days. When you delay, this affects other clients who are waiting for our services. Out of fairness to other clients, if you do not respond to our calls and/or e-mails within 5 business days (and have not notified us that you would be unreachable beforehand), we will begin servicing the next client in line and your site will be placed on hold. Building a website takes the cooperation of both parties.
Plagarism
Please make sure that your web site content is your own. It is illegal to copy another website's text and use it on your own site. Please make sure that any images you provide us are either owned by you or you are authorized to use them. Cyber-FX reserves the right to discontinue doing business with any client who provides us with stolen materials.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse to be involved in any project which in our judgement, would be illegal, fraudulent, or in some other way harmful to the interest of our firm or yours.
